Chickpea – Great source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein
3 John 1:2 - Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth
Chickpea – 450 grams
Tahini Paste - ¼ cup
Lemon Juice – ¼ cup
Olive Oli – 3 Tbs
Salt - ½ Tsp
Water - 1 Tbs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Italian Blend spice for garnish – 1 Tsp
Add ¼ cup of Tahini paste and ¼ cup lemon juice into your food processor and allow to process for at least 1 minute, add 2 gloves of garlic and allow to process for another 2 minutes this allows the garlic to blend nicely
Add the chickpea, olive oil, salt and allow to process for about 3 minutes or until smooth, add water and or more lemon juice or olive oil to your liking or texture.
Conduct taste test and add any additional salt to your liking
Pour into a tight sealed container
Garnish with Italian spices or any spice of your liking, add a drizzle of olive oil, and place in your refrigerator
Serve with fresh veggies, oven baked potatoes wedges or in your favorite sandwich
